DESCRIPTION:AIESEC’s event „Global Village“ is a multicultural celebration that aims to promote cultural understanding, diversity, and international exchange. It brings together young people from different countries and backgrounds to showcase their cultures, traditions, and values.\nDuring the Global Village event, participants typically set up booths representing their respective countries. These booths feature traditional clothing, artifacts, music, dances, diverse cuisines and interactive activities that offer visitors a glimpse into the unique aspects of various cultures. Attendees can engage in conversations and learn about the customs, languages, and lifestyles of different nations.\nExpect a vibrant and lively atmosphere, filled with enthusiastic volunteers, colorful displays, and a myriad of engaging activities. Global Village offers an opportunity to connect with people from around the world, expand your knowledge of different cultures, and develop a deeper appreciation for our global community.\nThe event will take place on Friday evening, 30th of June at RWTH’s Super C main building (Templergraben 57, 52062 Aachen, 6th floor) and we expect around 25 booths from different countries to attend the event. You are more than welcome to present your country at one of the booths with your traditional Cuisine, clothing, artifacts and performances. Moreover, we are planning to cover some of the expenses for the food preparation and we will inform the booths about this at the upcoming alignment meeting with all of the representatives of the booths.\n
