Support group: Depression and anxiety

When motivation problems go beyond studying, worries and fears take over everyday life and the tally list of “bad” days becomes longer, then it is time to get support. In addition to the professional contact points, it is good to have a confidential exchange with students who have very similar experiences. In this self-organized offer you will find relief by talking to other affected people and you will be an enrichment for the group by your participation, because you know many things and can share your experiences with the others.

Location: Seminar room IV of the Central Student Advisory Service, Templergraben 83, 3rd floor

Date: Ongoing offer every Wednesday 18:00 to 20:00 o’clock

Registration: takes place via telephone call

Gesprächskreis ASS: Studieren mit ASS

Initiated by VORSCHUB, the representation of students with disabilities and chronic illnesses at RWTH, the open self-help group on the topic of autism spectrum disorder takes place every two weeks. This is accompanied by Christoph Siebenhaar, an employee of the Association for the Physically and Multiply Disabled, who, as a specialist in the field of autism, supports the students with his theoretical and practical experience. The group serves for confidential exchange, listening and being heard, mutual consultation and the realization “So others know this too …”.

Location: Seminar room IV of the Central Student Advisory Service, Templergraben 83, 3rd floor

Date: Ongoing offer on Mondays every two weeks 18:00 to 20:00 o’clock
