Seen. Heard. Supported

“Seen. Heard. Supported.” is an institutionally backed open dialogue event at RWTH Aachen designed to bridge the gap between minority, female, and international students and university leadership, including the AV, Zentrale Studienberatung and more. Officially sponsored by the ENHANCE Alliance, the primary goal of the event is to move away from a culture of blame and toward a collective, data-driven solution-building framework.

The workshop provides a safe, structurally validated space where students and institutional supporters can sit down together to co-create actionable “Quick Wins” and long-term strategies that foster true Chancengerechtigkeit (equity of opportunity) on campus.

Participation is for free – fingerfood and drinks are provided.
