Job Description<\/strong>
\nPlease note the below conditions in regards to eligibility to take part in VIE programme:<\/p>\n

Graduates who are between 18 and 28 years old and have French or European nationality.<\/p>\n

The position is planned for\u00a012\u00a0months at the operations site in Dietzenbach (Germany),\u00a0but could be expanded to 1 additional year.<\/p>\n

The Junior Product Manager\u00b4s will oversee one to several products \/ product line in the Eurofins Technologies Clinical Business Line. S\/he will ensure the sustainable and profitable growth of the assigned products by:<\/p>\n

Assessing and understanding customer needs.
\nDefining product requirements and building business cases for new products.
\nAssessing the competitive landscape on a global level and providing competitive intelligence to the commercial teams.
\nDriving the product roadmap, managing the product lifecycle and continuous improvement of the existing products.
\nDeveloping go-to-market plans and communicating development roadmaps with internal stakeholders.
\nManaging product launches and marketing material together with the Marketing Communications team.
\nProviding customer relation and support.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong>
\nExperience: no first experience required, previous internships at a laboratory or company in the Biotech area are a plus.
\nEducation:\u00a0Scientific Master\u2019s degree\u00a0(Biology\/Biotechnology\/Biochemical\/ Biomedical)\u00a0\u00a0from a Top University with an excellent academic track record.
\nLanguages:\u00a0Excellent\u00a0English\u00a0oral and written a must. German is\u00a0a plus.
\nPersonal skills:
\nGood interpersonal skills (oral and written communication + presentation skills), as this role will interface with both local resources, experts and management.
\nStrong problem-solver with \u201ccan-do\u201d attitude, able to both pragmatically identify issues, escalate, propose solutions and capture and understand all relevant details when necessary.
\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams efficiently.
\nGlobal mindset
\nTechnical knowledge IT: MS Office products.<\/p>\n
