Is awareness important to you? Or have you already been involved in awarenessteams or other awareness topics?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are looking for support in the AStA\u2019s Awareness-Team. The AStA is committed to the well-being and prudent treatment of each other at events (e.g. organized by the student body), but also in other dealings. Therefore, we need support in our team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>The topic of awareness is very broad. Tasks could be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To deal with the topic of awareness and different concepts<\/li>\n<li>Developing, revising and improving awareness concepts<\/li>\n<li>Support in the planning of events that follow an awareness concept\n<ul>\n<li>Support the design of planning and advertising the event<\/li>\n<li>Organize the awareness team<\/li>\n<li>Create posters<\/li>\n<li>Other preparations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Organize and hold workshops about awareness<\/li>\n<li>Be contact person<\/li>\n<li>Contribute your own ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The effort in terms of time depends on your capacities and on the topics you want to work on. The effort can also strongly differ. Approximately it is between 2-8 hours per week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Awareness is a topic that concerns you<\/li>\n<li>Careful interaction with each other is important to you<\/li>\n<li>Some knowledge in relevant topics such as antiracism, feminism and other topics that contribute to an inclusive interaction with each other<\/li>\n<li>Ability to familiarize yourself with a new topic<\/li>\n<li>Structured, self-organized work<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate and work in a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible working hours<\/li>\n<li>A young, friendly, student team<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to receive a monthly expense allowance for extraordinary commitment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">All at RWTH enrolled students are welcome to apply for the position.
