SRP-International is looking for a Student assistant to support our International Department in Aachen, starting as soon as possible.
SRP Schneider & Partner Ingenieur-Consult GmbH is a German consulting and engineering company founded in 1969. Our head office with its main engineering capacities is located in Kronach, Germany, where we carry out our core design and administrative functions with the support of central facilities. The international department is based in Mannheim, Germany.
Internationally, SRP operates in the fields of Water & Environment, Urban Development, and Transport & Infrastructure, implementing numerous projects in the development cooperation sector.

Your tasks
• Support in the preparation of proposals for international projects in the development cooperation sector (e.g. IFI-funded projects)
• Assistance to SRPs Project Manager/ Director with administrative tasks such as document control, project progress reporting, and controlling
• Support in all project phases of international municipal infrastructure projects (e.g., water and sanitation infrastructure, transport infrastructure, public buildings such as schools, universities, health centers)
• Maintaining and documenting quality management procedures
Your profile
• Ongoing BSc/MSc studies in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with digital communication and basic software (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of common software such as CAD or GIS modelling tools is an advantage
• Willingness to work in an international environment with diverse cultures and approaches
• Flexibility and adaptability to new challenges
Working hours are approximately 10–15 hours per week. We offer high flexibility and understanding during exam periods, but we also expect commitment during busy project phases at SRP.
