Sales & Business Development Intern (m/f/d) (Commission-based)

AImpact is an AI automation agency based in Paphos, Cyprus, and an NVIDIA Inception Member. We build AI-driven sales and marketing systems — voice agents, lead qualification bots, and outreach automation — for real estate companies and SMEs across Europe and the US.
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Intern (m/f/d) who wants to learn what real B2B sales looks like — not theory, but live outreach with real prospects.
What you will do:
— Cold calling and cold emailing potential clients in real estate and B2B sectors
— Qualifying leads and booking discovery calls for our closing team
— Supporting outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
— Learning how to position and sell AI automation solutions
— Optionally: closing deals yourself for higher commission
What you will learn:
— How to run B2B outreach from scratch
— How AI automation is sold and positioned in the market
— How a fast-growing AI startup operates day to day
— Practical sales skills that are in high demand across every industry
Requirements:
— Strong communication skills in German and/or English
— Motivation to pick up the phone and talk to strangers
— No prior sales experience required — we provide scripts, materials, and training
— Available for at least 3 months, min. 20h per week
Compensation: unpaid (suitable for mandatory internship) with performance-based commission on every closed deal — 10% for a qualified introduction, up to 20% if you close yourself.
