We at SKY Campus Aachen proudly bring this meditation series for you!😃Starting from 6th November till 16th December at the Humboldt Haus, we go into each of the seven “Chakras” or centers/points of certain emotions through a simple guided meditation along with some prior energetic breathwork and yoga.

Each session is exclusive and independent of each other. In Week 7, we focus on the 7th chakra called “Sahasrara”. We highly recommend and invite you all to be a part of this amazing seven week journey.
