Chakra Meditation – Session 5
Isn’t it difficult to respond when someone picks the perfect gift for your birthday?
Isn’t it difficult to speak when you have to say goodbye to your family before you leave for the University?
Well, this has to do with the fifth Chakra, which is the Vishuddha Chakra. Like a coin, each emotion has two sides – one positive and the negative. Do join us in this fifth session of the Chakra Meditation Series, where you will learn how to transform the emotion of grief into gratitude. We will start by some light desktop Yoga, with bellow’s breath and a guided meditation.
