  • Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR): a technique that uses both mind and body focus for stress relief
  • Research shows that PMR reduces stress, relieves insomnia, headaches & chronic pain
  • PMR can be learned by nearly anyone & can be practiced at any time and at any setting, at the workplace, home or while travelling
  • Please wear comfortable clothes for this workshop.
