SKY Campus is offering a Meditation Series centered around the idea of Stress Management during the Examination Period.
Mid-week stress is a well-known obstacle that stops us from giving our full effort until the weekend. Specially exam time is stress overkill time. Stress management is a golden personality trait and it’s more fun when it’s done with fellow students.
