My Europe – Hungary

‘My Europe’ is an interactive digital series of events that invites its guests to discover Europe.

How does it work? It’s simple: We talk to young people from various countries about Europe and their personal topics of interest. The topics are as diverse as the speakers and can range from current political and social developments through culture and science to one’s own commitment to greater tolerance or solidarity.
Dániel Kovács is a 19-year-old Hungarian and the founder of Forum Europaeum, a pan-European media outlet producing content about culture and politics in a European context. Forum Europaeum, represented by Dániel, was awarded 1st place in the European Charlemagne Youth Prize (ECYP) 2025.

On April 22, Dániel will contribute the Hungarian perspective as we expand the range of countries represented in the event series ‘My Europe’. He will also adress the relationship between Hungary, its people, and the European Union. Also, Dániel is going to include reflections on the parliamentary elections of January/February 2026, as well as his involvement in the Forum Europaeum and the ECYP.
