What do you gain from the position?

In this role, you can build connections within the university, the student body, and external anti-racism organizations; gain insight into university structures and project management; and acquire practical experience in anti-discrimination work. Training opportunities related to these responsibilities allow you to gain knowledge that will benefit you even after your term as anti-racism officer ends.
As the anti-racism officer, you will receive financial compensation, as stated in the Finanzordnung der Studierendenschaft; access to the shared work places in the AStA and financial ressources which you can distribute among voluntary helpers in agreement with the other members of the equal opportunities project. The voluntary helpers will support you in the execution of the above stated tasks.
