On November 3rd, we will be hosting a digital Watch-Together on the US election. On election evening, starting at 22:30, we will offer you a platform for exchange during the current US election. You can follow the election in various live streams and exchange ideas with other interested people during this time.

In 2016 Donald Trump was elected President of the United States against all predictions. The election has shown that polls in the run-up to an election cannot predict the final result and the election evening itself can bring many surprises. Today a deep rift divides the United States of America. The Covid 19 pandemic, mass protests against police violence and racism against blacks, as well as a controversial replacement of a constitutional judge, characterize the election campaign and present U.S. citizens with the choice between the incumbent U.S. President Donald Trump and his Democratic challenger Joe Biden.

Our department for political education therefore offers you a platform to follow the announcement of the results on election evening, to discuss them and to put them together. You can follow the election night with various live streams and exchange ideas with other viewers via Discord.
